1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and US Garage Door Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website (usgaragedoorservices.com), our services, and any related communications or transactions.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging our services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms are supplementary to and do not replace our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Important: If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
US Garage Door Services provides residential and commercial garage door services across all 50 states, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to services you have scheduled.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by US Garage Door Services are based on the information available at the time of the quote, including but not limited to:
- • Door dimensions and type as described or measured by our technicians
- • Selected product, material, and finish options
- • Labor requirements based on standard installation conditions
- • Current product pricing from manufacturers and suppliers
Estimate Accuracy
Estimates are provided as a good-faith approximation and are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the original assessment (e.g., structural issues, non-standard framing, electrical modifications, or access difficulties discovered during installation). Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you before work begins, and your authorization will be obtained prior to proceeding.
Verbal estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and subject to on-site verification. Written estimates issued after an in-person inspection are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee specific time slots. We will provide a service window (typically 2–4 hours) and will contact you when our technician is en route.
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75, at our sole discretion, to cover the technician's scheduled time and travel.
Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, technician illness, or supply chain disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible and will offer the earliest available rescheduled date at no additional cost.
No-Shows: If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and you are not present, have not provided access, and have not contacted us, a $75 trip fee may be charged.
5. Payment Terms

When Payment Is Due: Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless alternative
